Description: Universal-no top or bottom; no left or right corners. IForms are constructed with two opposing panels of expanded polystyrene (EPS), held together with polypropylene ties. The flat configuration of the concrete within the forms provides walls that are straight, true, square and plumb. The ties are positioned every 6 inches, and serve as furring strips, top to bottom, recessed below the surface of the EPS. The ties allow for rebar to be snapped in place in five different locations within the wall, two deep and with a loose fit that eliminates rebar strain.

Description: eForms are constructed with two opposing panels of expanded polystyrene (EPS), held together with polypropylene ties. The configuration of the concrete within the forms provides superior strength while utilizing 30% less concrete than conventional poured walls. The ties are positioned every 12 inches, which serve as furring strips, top to bottom, recessed below the surface of the polystyrene. The ties also provide a "chair" for use in positioning horizontal steel reinforcing rods at the base of each beam.

Description: cDeck consists of expanded polystyrene (EPS) forms connected with tongue and groove joints. Each form contains an embedded steel "joist" every foot on center. The installer adds temporary bracing below, every 6', installs rebar and places concrete on top to form the structural floor or roof. Continuous cavities in the foam can be used for ventilation or running utility lines. Wallboard and other finishes can be attached to cDeck with screws to the steel joists.
|
|
Application:
cDeck is used for the floors and roofs of commercial and residential projects and is especially convenient for built-in radiant heating systems. cDeck also is used extensively for the ceilings of built-in safe rooms.
